About Us
We are a team of experts in software and visual design. Each of us has extensive industry experience as well as a reputation for creativity and skillful execution.
Michael Mogley, Software Architect
Michael Mogley has been developing n-tier enterprise applications since 1997. He has completed projects in the legal, medical, media, and telecommunications industries. His major technical accomplishments have run the gamut from an OpenGL-based 3D player piano to a Java-based object-relational mapping layer for transparent persistence.
Michael's interests include artificial intelligence, artificial creativity, and the semantic web. In a separate universe, he is also a choral composer and singer.
Michael graduated in 1997 with a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, a highly-ranked Science & Engineering school in Southern California.
Vince Law, Senior Software Engineer
As a child, Vince Law wanted to grow up to be an painter. One sunny morning when he was eight, his father asked him, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" With a big smile on his face, Vince answered, "I want to be an artist". His father continued, "Then you'll starve your wife to death! Painters don't make anything till after they die.". Because Vince didn't want to starve his wife to death, he changed his goal to become an engineer.
In 1996, Vince earned his B.S. from Boston University, where he received full scholarship for four years. After graduating, he went to work at a research lab affiliated with Harvard Medical School. There, he developed software to help physicians provide better care for patients. Later, Vince also developed web applications for the online-ethical-compliance-courses industry.
Besides developing software, Vince's interest in art continues unabated. To this end, he takes art classes on the weekends, hoping to fulfill his childhood dream.
